With heavy hearts, we are sad to announce George H. Lorton passed away on July 18, 2022. George was a great man who was an integral part of the Propeller Club and maritime community at large. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered and will be dearly missed. Please keep George’s Family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through these difficult moments.

TAMPA, Fla. (June 27, 2022) -- Hendry Marine Industries’ Gulf Marine Repair shipyard has been recognized as a certified Green Marine Participant at the recent GreenTech Conference in Montreal, Canada. The certification for environmental excellence came after Hendry completed a rigorous and transparent certification process it started in January.

Although it was a hot day out on the rooftop, it did not stop our members from having a good time! In honor of the holiday, the Propeller Club set up a Popcorn Bar for the members, shout out to Stars and Stripes Popcorn for the delicious treat.
