MENU: Hors D’oeuvres: Compliments of Troy Manthey, Choice of: Chicken Champignon – Wild mushroom stuff breast of chicken topped with champagne roasted garlic cream sauce and served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, Spinach Ravioli – Fresh spinach and roasted garlic wrapped in tender pasta served with creamy fresh herb sauce and toasted almonds, Salmon Pacifica – Char grilled wild Pacific Salmon served over risotto verde and topped with a Lobster and Shrimp Sauce (please note choice below).
